We opened in 1930 as Tom Thumb Miniature Golf. In the 1950s the business was purchased by Carl Kniess who changed the name. Over the years the two 18-hole courses have evolved but stayed true to the traditional American miniature golf theme. Throughout the years Kniess' has been happy to serve the Pittsburgh area and the many generations of families who keep coming back.
